About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team across multiple food manufacturing sites located in Laverton North and Altona.
We have opportunities available in a range of food production environments, including fresh poultry processing and bakery production. These are fast-paced, hands-on roles offering consistent ongoing casual employment.
We have day, afternoon and some night shift opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on production lines within food manufacturing environments
- Processing, packing and quality checking food products
- Pick packing, loading and unloading products
- Sorting, weighing and labelling products
- Maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic work environment
- Operating production equipment where required
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures at all times
- Previous experience in food production, bakery production, manufacturing or warehousing (preferred but not essential)
- A reliable and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- The ability to work in fast-paced production environments
- Physical fitness to perform repetitive manual tasks and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- The ability to work in cold and ambient temperature environments where required
- No food allergies due to the nature of the manufacturing environments
- Ongoing casual opportunities
