About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team across multiple food manufacturing sites. These roles are based in fast-paced environments and involve a variety of tasks to support daily operations.
With both day and afternoon shifts available, this is a great opportunity for candidates looking for consistent work with potential for ongoing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on production lines in food manufacturing environments
- Pick packing, loading and unloading products
- Sorting, weight measuring, and quality checking products
- General cleaning and maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
- Operating basic machinery (training provided where required)
- Adhering to all site safety and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferred)
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- No food allergies (due to the nature of food manufacturing environments)
- Ongoing casual opportunities with full-time hours available
- Multiple site locations across Melbourne's West

- Must be available for day and/or afternoon shifts
- Own reliable transport is highly regarded
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks where required
- Must adhere to strict food safety and PPE requirements (including no jewellery, false eye lashes etc.)
