About the Role The Production Team Leader assists the Production Supervisor in maintaining maximum production levels and achieving operational targets. The role plays a key part in supervising, coaching, training, and supporting production employees while reinforcing Alsco's Core Values and commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
You will be responsible for leading a garment production team of approximately 9 employees, ensuring daily production objectives are achieved while fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Production Supervisor in achieving daily production targets.
- Supervise, coach, and train production team members.
- Lead from the front by demonstrating safe and efficient work practices.
- Monitor production quality and customer outcomes.
- Assist with staff performance management and development.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Address performance and behavioural issues constructively and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- A strong and confident leader who can motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Hands-on and willing to work alongside the team when required.

Remuneration
- Hourly Rate:$32.8240
- Weekly Earnings:$1,247.31
- Annual Salary Equivalent:$64,860.24
