Production Scheduler – Mining Engineer 8:6 FIFO ex Perth | Mesa A

We are currently seeking an experienced Mining Engineer / Production Scheduler to join a well-established operation in the Pilbara on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.

About the Role This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering the daily production schedule while ensuring alignment to the short-term mine plan. You will work closely with key stakeholders across site to optimise production outcomes and maintain plan compliance.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and deliver daily production schedules (PLOD) aligned to the 2-week plan
  • Communicate schedules effectively to a broad stakeholder group
  • Create and update dig plans and machine guidance files
  • Conduct daily pit inspections to assess mining conditions and plan conformance
  • Analyse and reconcile grade and volume targets against requirements
  • Identify, manage, and escalate schedule and grade non-conformances
  • Utilise site systems and tools to support decision-making and reporting
  • Maintain accurate daily data entry and production confirmations

AboutYou To be successful in this role you will bring:
  • Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering
  • Minimum 3+ years operational mining experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Proven ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety and plan compliance
