We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join a small, close-knit team based in Somersby on the NSW Central Coast. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, hands-on work in a supportive production environment.
About the Role As a Production Operator, you will be working across a range of warehouse and production activities in a medium-sized site (3 sheds), supporting day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Labelling bottles and products
- Packing boxes and preparing orders
- General warehouse and production duties
- Setting up pumps and staging materials for daily production
- Assisting laboratory technicians with basic tasks
- Supporting the production process of agricultural products (non-hazardous materials)
- Preparing and packing finished goods for distribution
Work Schedule
- Monday to Thursday only (Fridays off)
- Shift options:
- 6:00am start, or
- 4:00pm start
- Includes morning tea break and 30-minute lunch
- Casual role for approximately 10 months

- Initially, candidates must supply their own:
- Steel cap boots
- High-visibility clothing
- Long sleeve shirts/arm protection
- Work involves non-hazardous materials
- Products are used in agriculture, including biological solutions for farming
- Exposure to both warehouse and light lab environments
