We are seeking 4 experienced Procurement & Contracts Advisors to join a high-performing procurement team delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial contracts across major projects and operational spend offered on 6-month contracts for a leading energy client.

These roles suit professionals who are confident negotiators, commercially astute, and able to manage multiple complex contracts in fast‑paced environments.

About the Role


As a Procurement & Contracts Advisor, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end procurement and contract management activities, supporting stakeholders to deliver value-for-money outcomes while effectively managing risk.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading procurement processes from strategy through to award and contract management
  • Negotiating and managing multiple contracts simultaneously, typically valued between $5–20M
  • Managing 5–8 active contracts at any one time
  • Providing clear commercial advice to internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, governance, and systems
  • Building strong working relationships across technical, commercial, and operational teams
Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will bring:
  • A degree in Legal, Commercial, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience negotiating and managing procurement contracts
  • Demonstrated experience delivering $5–20M contracts
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to hit the ground running
  • Experience managing one or more of the following contract types:
    • Equipment and services
    • Recruitment and labour hire services
    • Engineering and technical services
    • MRO and/or NDT projects
  • Experience working with ERP systems and procurement/contract management systems (highly regarded)
