Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for HR and workforce analytics.
- Build, optimise, and maintain data models using Power Query and DAX.
- Analyse and report on workforce metrics such as employee headcount
- Guide stakeholders on accessing, understanding, and updating required data inputs.
- Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Create and enhance automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Document data definitions, business rules, and reporting methodologies.
- Proven experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M).
- Experience analysing HR, people, or workforce-related data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and gather business requirements.
- High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
