An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Planning Specialist to join a leading organisation within the energy sector working across major capital and construction projects.
This role will play a critical part in supporting project delivery through advanced planning, scheduling, forecasting and performance analysis. You will provide expert guidance across complex construction projects while partnering with project teams and senior stakeholders to improve delivery certainty and schedule outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of integrated project schedules.
- Ensure schedule logic integrity, critical path validity and planning accuracy.
- Conduct schedule performance reviews, forecasting and trend analysis.
- Perform critical path, delay and schedule impact analysis.
- Support recovery planning, reforecasting and rebaselining activities.
- Provide planning insights for governance reviews and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with project controls, risk, commercial and delivery teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning standards, tools and methodologies.

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or similar.
- Demonstrated experience using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Strong expertise in critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment and project controls.
- Experience delivering planning and scheduling outcomes on complex construction, infrastructure, energy or major capital projects.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.
