This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll provide high-level executive support across diary and inbox management, travel, meetings, communications and general administration.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable and confident, with the ability to think on their feet and stay organised when priorities change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across systems including SAP, Concur, CTM Lightning and Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation
  • Anticipate upcoming priorities and proactively support the General Manager and leadership team
  • Provide broader administrative support across the Electrification & Innovation function as required

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has 3–5 years’ experience in a PA, EA or senior administration role
  • Is highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
  • Is a quick thinker and confident problem-solver
  • Thrives in a fast-changing environment and can adapt when priorities shift
  • Is resilient and remains calm and professional under pressure
  • Is friendly, approachable and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Can handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and tact
  • Has strong attention to detail and understands the importance of confidentiality
  • Is comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
  • Has strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Brings a practical, positive and can-do attitude

The Offer
  • Temporary assignment from 21 September to 18 December 2026
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 from home
  • Opportunity to support senior leadership within a major Australian organisation
  • A varied role within a dynamic and collaborative team

If you’re an experienced PA or EA who thrives on variety, thinks on their feet and is someone others can rely on, we’d love to hear from you.
