Location: Sydney Olympic Park, NSW
Work Type: Permanent Full Time, Onsite Role (WFH Friday)

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join a major infrastructure delivery organisation operating within a complex joint venture environment.

This is a strategic leadership position focused on culture, workforce alignment, leadership effectiveness, organisational capability, and transformation. Reporting directly to the JV Lead and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing culture while aligning people strategies across multiple parent organisations. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the people and culture strategy aligned to program delivery outcomes
  • Act as the primary interface between the joint venture and parent organisations on people matters
  • Establish clear people governance and accountability frameworks
  • Provide workforce insights, capability planning, and organisational risk management
  • Design and embed a high-performance culture aligned to Lencioni's Five Behaviours model
  • Support transformation and change initiatives with a strong people-focused approach
  • Partner with senior leaders to build leadership capability and cohesion
  • Ensure effective performance management, development planning, and people practices across the organisation
  • Influence strategic decisions through a people and culture lens
  • Drive consistency, fairness, and engagement across the workforce
About You To be successful, you will bring:

  • Significant experience in senior People & Culture or organisational leadership roles
  • Experience within large, complex or multi-stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrated success operating across joint venture or multi-organisation structures
  • Strong expertise in organisational culture, change management and leadership development
  • High-level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence and commercial acumen
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Proven capability working with executive and senior leadership teams
