A local government organisation is seeking an experienced Organisational Development & Capability Lead to support key people and culture initiatives on a short-term assignment.
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful organisational outcomes through leadership development, capability uplift and performance framework enhancement.
Working within the People & Culture function, you will provide specialist expertise across organisational development and workforce capability.
You will partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen leadership, performance and culture.
K ey responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Supporting the review and enhancement of performance frameworks
- Delivering organisational development and capability initiatives
- Providing advice on learning, development and workforce capability strategies
- Supporting initiatives that promote inclusion, positive culture and organisational effectiveness
- Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to drive program outcomes
- Experience in leadership development, performance frameworks and program delivery
- Strong knowledge of organisational development, learning and workforce capability
- Understanding of inclusion, organisational culture and behaviour
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment
