Open Pit Supervisor – Load & Haul

Location: Goldfields, WA | FIFO from Perth
Roster: 2:1
Start: June
Rate:$80–$100 per hour + Super
Contract: 3 months with potential for permanency

We are currently seeking an experienced Open Pit Supervisor (Load & Haul) to join an  Iron Ore operation in the Goldfields, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader looking to step into a dynamic site with strong potential for ongoing work.


About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of load and haul operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily load and haul activities
  • Lead and mentor operators to achieve production targets
  • Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and standards
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven supervisory experience in open pit load and haul operations
  • Section 26 (S26) certification – essential
  • Current C-Class Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
