Are you a Team Leader or Supervisor from a production, warehousing, or logistics environment looking to take the next step in your career?
This is an opportunity to move into a hands-on coordination role where you will manage workforce performance, build strong relationships, and play a key part in site operations.

About the Role
You will be the key onsite contact, responsible for coordinating a temporary workforce within a fast-paced operational environment.
This is a night shift position (11:00PM – 6:00AM) requiring flexibility to support peak periods and changing operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage a site-based workforce to meet daily labour requirements
  • Monitor attendance, rosters, and workforce performance
  • Act as the main point of contact between the workforce and the client
  • Build strong working relationships to support engagement and retention
  • Conduct regular workforce check-ins and address issues promptly
  • Support onboarding and mobilisation of new workers
  • Ensure compliance with site policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Provide regular reporting on workforce performance and key metrics
  • Assist with payroll processes through accurate timekeeping
  • Work closely with site leaders to maintain smooth operations


About You
  • Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in production, FMCG, warehousing, or logistics
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Experience managing people, performance, and shift outcomes
  • High attention to detail, particularly with administration and reporting
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety and compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce systems
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work night shift
