This is an opportunity to move into a hands-on coordination role where you will manage workforce performance, build strong relationships, and play a key part in site operations.
About the Role
You will be the key onsite contact, responsible for coordinating a temporary workforce within a fast-paced operational environment.
This is a night shift position (11:00PM – 6:00AM) requiring flexibility to support peak periods and changing operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage a site-based workforce to meet daily labour requirements
- Monitor attendance, rosters, and workforce performance
- Act as the main point of contact between the workforce and the client
- Build strong working relationships to support engagement and retention
- Conduct regular workforce check-ins and address issues promptly
- Support onboarding and mobilisation of new workers
- Ensure compliance with site policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Provide regular reporting on workforce performance and key metrics
- Assist with payroll processes through accurate timekeeping
- Work closely with site leaders to maintain smooth operations
About You
- Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in production, FMCG, warehousing, or logistics
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Experience managing people, performance, and shift outcomes
- High attention to detail, particularly with administration and reporting
- Solid understanding of workplace safety and compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce systems
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work night shift
