Onsite Workforce Coordinator (Early Morning Shift)

Flexible start between 4:30AM – 9:00AM

Are you a Team Leader or Supervisor from FMCG, warehousing or logistics looking to step into a coordination role?
We’re recruiting an Onsite Workforce Coordinator to manage a temporary workforce within a fast-paced operational environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive performance, build strong relationships, and support daily site operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage a site-based workforce
  • Monitor attendance, rosters, and performance
  • Act as the key link between client and workforce
  • Build strong relationships to support engagement and retention
  • Conduct workforce check-ins and resolve issues quickly
  • Support onboarding and mobilisation of new workers
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and site standards are met
  • Assist with payroll via accurate timekeeping
  • Report on workforce metrics and site performance


About You
  • Experience in a Team Leader / Supervisor role(FMCG, production, warehousing or logistics)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator able to build relationships at all levels
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Experience managing people, performance, and shift outcomes
  • High attention to detail (admin, reporting, timekeeping)
  • Strong safety and compliance mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce systems


Key Requirements
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts (4:30AM – 9:00AM start window)
  • Ability to adapt to changing operational needs
  • Availability during peak client periods: March, June, July, and October–December (essential)
