Chandler Macleod is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Onsite Manager to work n-site with our client in Kemps Creek. In this pivotal role, you will drive our operations forward while cultivating a fun, engaging, and productive culture within the team.

The Role

Your leadership will be key to our success, helping the team meet performance and staffing management goals while enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment. We are looking for someone with a strong operational background, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence. Hours will be business hours but as the client site operates 24/7 remote support for the team may be required.

Your Responsibilities
 
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead a team  
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery with a friendly touch
  • Motivate the team to achieve KPIs in a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate a safety-first mindset that prioritises well-being
  • Leverage your operational expertise to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, making work enjoyable and effective
  • Provide regular performance feedback and conduct reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and celebrating achievements

Our Requirements
  • Proven experience in Operations and Team Leadership, with a successful track record of managing and inspiring teams
  • Strong operational background and a hands-on approach
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, with the ability to instil a positive safety culture within the team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
