We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated  Onsite Consultants  to be based on our client sites in Moorebank or Horsely Park. In this pivotal role, you will drive our operations forward while cultivating a fun, engaging, and productive culture within the team. 

We offer both day and night shift rosters, operating on a 7-day fortnight schedule: Sunday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Saturday.

The Role

Your leadership will be key to our success, helping the team meet performance and staffing management goals while enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment. We are looking for someone with a strong operational background, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence. Hours will be business hours but as the client site operates 24/7 remote support for the team may be required.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage regularly with employees to support retention, attendance, and overall workforce wellbeing
  • Act as a onsite liaison for the client, ensuring effective communication and high-quality service delivery
  • Manage and maintain workforce rosters for a large workforce, ensuring alignment with operational requirements
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on workforce metrics, performance, and KPIs
  • Monitor and support recruitment and workforce utilisation targets through proactive planning and coordination
  • Maintain a strong safety-first approach, reinforcing compliance and promoting a positive safety culture
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
Our requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and relationship management
  • Experience in workforce planning, rostering, and operational coordination in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical capability, with a high level of attention to detail in reporting and data management
  • Background in supply chain and logistics environments highly regarded
  • Ability to influence outcomes through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering results
