Are you passionate about client success and operational excellence? Join our team as an Onsite Consultant dedicated to supporting a national client of Chandler Macleod.

This critical role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our partnership with one of the world's most innovative companies. Making a real impact on the day-to-day operations, you will manage a casual workforce through performance, safety and feedback whilst ensuring seamless communication between clients and teams.

What You’ll Do:
  • Act as the primary onsite point of contact working alongside the operations teams to coordinate and manage the casual workforce to ensure staffing levels meet operational demands and SLA expectations.
  • Support onboarding and mobilisation of casual workers, monitor attendance, roster adherence, and workforce performance standards, escalating issues where required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with workers through regular check-ins to support and improve engagement, retention, and overall workforce experience.
  • Assist with performance management processes by documenting and communicating performance or conduct concerns to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support payroll administration processes by ensuring accurate attendance and roster records are maintained.
  • Support peak periods and changing operational requirements through flexibility in working hours where required.
  • Provide regular reporting on key operational metrics including 0 hours, attendance, roster compliance, productivity, and engagement.
 
Drawing upon your experience in either workforce coordination, onsite consulting, labour hire recruitment, or operations support environments, you will have:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, changing operational and client needs within a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Confidence in communicating with key stakeholders and the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, employees, and internal teams.
  • Experience in handling workforce-related issues professionally and a thorough understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements.
  • Precise attention to detail and accuracy in reporting with proficiency in performing administrative tasks within Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
  • Commitment to travel across Newcastle and Central Coast sites and flexibility to commence at start of shifts (which may span across 4am – 3pm).
