Job Description: Office Administrator
Location:  Parkes, NSW
Position Type: Part-Time (Ongoing)
Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 5–6 hours per day (with flexibility around start and finish times)
Salary: Clerk Grade 2
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team in an ongoing part-time capacity. This position offers flexibility in daily hours and presents an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for long-term stability, with the potential to transition into a permanent or permanent part-time role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Processing paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Performing data entry and maintaining internal systems
  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Managing and maintaining computer-based filing systems
  • General filing and administrative support
  • Handling incoming phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations as required
Skills & Experience Essential:
  • Previous office-based or administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable:
  • Experience within transport or warehouse-based industries
  • Exposure to SAP or similar systems
Extensive on-the-job training will be provided.
