Office Administrator | Rydalmere | Full-Time
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team in Rydalmere. This is a varied, fast-paced role that is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting multiple departments, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in keeping an office running efficiently.
You'll play a key role in supporting our operations, administration, and leadership teams while working in a collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence with professionalism.
- Complete monthly audits, including tools, fuel, supplier invoices, and account reconciliations.
- Manage office equipment and maintain supplies
- Maintain the company vehicle register, including servicing schedules, maintenance, and compliance documentation.
- Provide administrative support to operational teams, including job creation, labour entry, follow-ups, and project handover documentation.
- Provide executive support to the Managing Director and office leadership team as required.
- Assist with documentation for the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Coordinate staff inductions, user account setup, and software onboarding.

We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Experienced in administration, office coordination, or a similar role (preferred).
