About the Role As a New Homes Consultant, you’ll be the key contact for customers from initial enquiry through to contract signing.

You will:

  • Manage and convert inbound enquiries (walk-ins, online, phone and referrals)
  • Guide clients through the home-building journey with honesty and transparency
  • Understand client needs and provide accurate, tailored solutions
  • Educate clients on designs, inclusions, land options and the building process
  • Build relationships with local agents, developers and referrers
  • Maintain strong follow-up through CRM systems
Weekend work and display home coverage are part of the role, and flexibility is essential to meet client availability.
