About the Role As a New Homes Consultant, you’ll be the key contact for customers from initial enquiry through to contract signing.
You will:
- Manage and convert inbound enquiries (walk-ins, online, phone and referrals)
- Guide clients through the home-building journey with honesty and transparency
- Understand client needs and provide accurate, tailored solutions
- Educate clients on designs, inclusions, land options and the building process
- Build relationships with local agents, developers and referrers
- Maintain strong follow-up through CRM systems
