About the Role
Reporting to the HR/Office Manager, you'll support the College's marketing, communications and events, helping showcase school life while ensuring day-to-day communications and community engagement run seamlessly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and supporting College events, including catering, logistics, invitations and event preparation
- Managing and updating the College website
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media content
- Producing newsletters by compiling content from teaching staff and preparing publications using existing templates
- Coordinating the annual College yearbook
- Designing promotional materials, posters and digital communications using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Assisting with internal and external communications
- Supporting branding and marketing initiatives across the College
- Providing general administrative support to the Marketing and Administration teams as required
About You
You'll be a highly organised and proactive communicator who enjoys juggling a variety of projects and building positive relationships.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience in marketing, communications, events or administration
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Experience using Canva and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
- Experience updating websites or content management systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to support a busy school community
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A current Employee Working with Children Check (Victoria) or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
- Successful completion of a National Police Check before employment.
