Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely management and financial reporting across the business
- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily operational performance reports
- Perform variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Maintain integrity of general ledger, P&L, and balance sheet reporting
- Support inventory accounting, stocktakes, and working capital management
- Contribute to ERP and system enhancements
- Partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, and executive leadership
- Provide insights into cost drivers, profitability, and operational performance
- Degree in Accounting with CPA or CA qualification
- Experience in manufacturing accounting with standard costing exposure
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving capability
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High visibility role with executive exposure
- Involvement in system implementation projects
