This role would suit someone with previous scheduling or planning experience who enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders, asking the right questions, and ensuring maintenance activities are effectively coordinated and executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain monthly maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate and schedule planned maintenance activities through the maintenance management system.
- Liaise with operations, maintenance and field-based teams to ensure work is scheduled efficiently.
- Monitor schedule progress and make adjustments as required.
- Maintain accurate work management data and scheduling records.
- Support the planning and scheduling team to achieve maintenance and operational objectives.
- Minimum 6–12 months' experience in a Maintenance Scheduler, Maintenance Planner, Work Management Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience using Maximo (Version 4 or above) is highly desirable, with Maximo 7.6 experience considered ideal.
- Candidates with Oracle maintenance management system experience will also be considered.
- Trade qualification or trade background highly regarded.
- Previous experience within Oil & Gas, Utilities, Energy, Mining or other asset-intensive industries is preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders, ask the right questions, gather information and coordinate competing priorities.
- Team-oriented approach with a strong focus on safety and quality outcomes.
- Competitive hourly rate of $60-$70 per hour plus super.
