Overview:

As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production. Your attention to detail and safety will help maintain our high standards and keep operations running seamlessly. This position offers a great chance to develop technical skills and grow within a supportive organization that values reliability and craftsmanship.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience operating industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Commitment to safety protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with specific machinery or production systems relevant to our industry
  • Basic computer skills for logging data or operating machine software
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work the AM shift (Mon - Thur 7am - 3pm & Fri 7am - 12pm)
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kgs as needed
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Willingness to pass a background check
