Logistics Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Brendale, QLD
Duration: 29 June – 29 July (4 Weeks)
Pay Rate:$40 per hour + Superannuation

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to support our recycling operations team on a 4-week contract. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator or customer service professional who enjoys coordinating schedules, liaising with customers and suppliers, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer and supplier calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate service requests and bookings.
  • Respond to customer and supplier enquiries via phone and email.
  • Confirm bookings and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Update service schedules and customer information.
  • Coordinate the supply and delivery of plastic rolls to customers.
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance and refresh programs with customers and technicians.
  • Manage work orders and communicate service updates to customers and agents.
  • Coordinate equipment removals.
  • Record and track customer complaints for reporting purposes.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, acknowledge enquiries, and direct communications to the appropriate departments.
About You:
  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics coordination, scheduling, or administration.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused.
