Chandler Macleod is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our client's poultry processing team in Wingfield as Live Bird Hangers.
No previous experience is required.
About the Role
As a Live Bird Hanger, you will play an important role within the production process by:
- Hanging live birds in preparation for processing
- Working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Following workplace health, safety, and animal welfare procedures
- Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
- Contributing positively to a team-focused workplace
- Casual ongoing positions
- Competitive hourly rates plus applicable penalties
- Consistent hours available for suitable candidates
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
- Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Own reliable transport and a current driver's licence
- Full Australian working rights
- The ability to work within the environmental conditions of a live poultry processing facility
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
