🧺 About the Role
We’ve got an exciting opening for a hands-on, confident, and reliable Production Team Leader at our commercial laundry facility in Cardiff.
This is the team that keeps our operation moving — meeting deadlines, maintaining quality, and keeping customers happy. As Team Leader, you’ll be right in the middle of the action: guiding your crew, planning daily workloads, and keeping everything running smoothly.Think of it as part problem‑solver, part motivator, part conductor of an everyday symphony.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Allocate tasks and support your team to meet the production schedule
✔ Keep an eye on product quality and jump in when something needs fixing
✔ Champion safety — because we want everyone going home safe and happy
✔ Make sure policies and procedures are followed
✔ Work closely with other Team Leaders to ensure the day’s goals are smashed
💪 Who We’re Looking For
You’ll shine in this role if you have:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Good personal fitness and ability to stand for long periods
- A positive, hands‑on approach
- Team Leader/Supervisor experience (great to have, but not essential!)
- Solid people management or mentoring skills
