As the company continues to scale its footprint across Australia and Asia Pacific, we are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager / Sales Representative to drive strategic relationships with major mining clients and expand long-term partnerships.
About the Role
Based in Perth, this role will focus on developing and managing key mining accounts across Australia and the broader Asia Pacific region.
You will be responsible for growing revenue across equipment sales, service agreements and aftermarket support while building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across mining organisations. The role will involve regular engagement with clients both on-site and remotely, including travel to regional and remote mine sites.
This is a highly visible role working closely with local leadership and global teams, offering strong autonomy and the opportunity to influence major commercial outcomes in a fast-paced industry environment.

- Conduct regular site visits to maintain close client engagement and identify opportunities
- Represent the client at industry events, trade shows and client meetings
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and industry developments
- Provide insight to support product positioning and market strategy
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored equipment solutions
We are seeking an experienced commercial professional with strong relationships in the mining or heavy equipment sector.
Ideal backgrounds may include:
- Mining equipment OEM sales
- Mining services or technology providers
- Capital equipment sales within the resources sector
- Senior account management within mining supply chains
- Proven experience managing major mining accounts or Tier-1 clients
- Demonstrated success delivering equipment or services sales into the mining industry
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills
- Established networks within Western Australian mining organisations
- Understanding of mining operations and technical or mechanical products
- Ability to work independently while managing a diverse customer portfolio
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to regional and remote sites
- Current driver’s licence
