About the Role
As a HME & Tyre Inventory Advisor, you will leverage analytical insights and your technical expertise to deliver optimal inventory outcomes across a defined portfolio of spares. This role plays a key part in ensuring alignment with corporate inventory targets and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise inventory levels across assigned categories.
- Apply data-driven insights to support material planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure material availability and alignment with operational needs.
- Support and lead business improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
- Ensure compliance with inventory governance and reporting standards.
- Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
- Extensive experience in supply chain functions (P2P, warehousing, or inventory).
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders on material optimisation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on knowledge sharing and documentation.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Perth CBD-based role at Central Park.
- Competitive flat hourly rate of $75–$80 + super.
- Monday to Friday day shift roster.
- Opportunity to contribute to key inventory and operational improvement initiatives.
- 6-month assignment with occasional site travel.
Success in this position requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, applying a consistent framework of inventory management policies, procedures, and best practices. In addition to day-to-day inventory planning and optimisation, you will also contribute to key initiatives and projects as directed by the Inventory Management leadership team.
