We are seeking an experienced Injury Management Support Officer to provide short-term support within a Safety & Wellbeing team in a local government environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lodge and administer WorkCover claims in line with legislative requirements
- Assist with Return to Work plans and coordination
- Liaise with insurers, medical providers, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain claims and incident data (Elumina)
- Support reporting and injury management administration
- Experience in injury management, WorkCover, or similar
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation (WIRC Act 2013 & OHS Act 2004)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Working With Children Check
- Police Check
