Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with and support the team at Baiada, Hanwood.

About the Role
Supporting the Hanwood site, this HR Business Partner role works closely with leaders to deliver practical and strategic HR solutions, enabling strong people outcomes across a complex, blue-collar operation.
The HR Business Partner role will focus on:
  • Strategic People Planning & Business Partnering – workforce planning with a strong focus on risk and capability
  • Change Management – supporting and leading organisational change initiatives
  • High-risk and complex ER case management and ensuring full compliance with legislation and company policies
  • Audits – internal and external HR and compliance audits
  • Award / Enterprise Agreement interpretation and involvement in EA negotiations
  • Visa compliance and right-to-work obligations
  • Talent capability – supporting the development and capability uplift of leaders and teams

About You
You’re an experienced HR professional ready to step into, or already operating in, a Business Partnering role. You’ll bring:
  • HR experience gained within Australian industrial or blue-collar workplaces
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, and industrial instruments
  • The ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working autonomously in a dynamic, operational setting
  • Solid Microsoft Excel and general MS Office capability
