About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business by:
- Advising managers on employee relations and performance management
- Supporting and resolving performance and conduct issues
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are compliant and consistently applied
- Delivering a range of generalist HR support to operational teams
About You
Whether you are an experienced HR professional or have had exposure working within a HR environment and are ready to take the next step, you’ll bring:
- Experience in a HR Advisor or Coordinator role, within a blue-collar or industrial setting
- Understanding of Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and relevant Awards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the confidence to influence and consult at all levels within the organisation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
