An urgent contract opportunity is available for a Senior Resource Geologist to support Mineral Resource estimation, evaluation and governance for a major mining organisation based in Perth CBD.

This is a Perth‑based, office‑based role and is not a FIFO position. Applicants must be currently living in Perth and hold full Australian work rights.
The role suits an experienced resource‑focused geologist with strong JORC Code capability who can deliver technically defensible outcomes and work effectively with senior technical and corporate stakeholders.
About the Role
- Deliver and review Mineral Resource estimation in line with the JORC Code
- Support resource evaluation, technical governance and public reporting
- Provide geological input into mine planning, valuation and optimisation
- Identify risk and value drivers through interpretation of geological and operational data
- Collaborate across geology, planning, processing and commercial teams
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Degree qualified in Geology (post‑graduate qualifications advantageous)
- 10+ years’ experience in resource estimation or evaluation
- Demonstrated JORC Code experience (CP or acting CP highly regarded)
- Experience across multiple commodities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Currently based in Perth
- Full Australian work rights
