Financial Lead, ERP
Location: Docklands, Melbourne
Contract: 12 Months
Rate:  $800 per day + Super

We are seeking an experienced Financial Lead, ERP to support a major Oracle Fusion implementation program. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and key business stakeholders, you will lead the Finance workstream, driving business process transformation, functional design, testing and user adoption.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale ERP transformation, ensuring successful delivery of finance outcomes while supporting the organisation's transition to Oracle Fusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Finance stream of the Oracle Fusion implementation, ensuring delivery against scope, quality and project objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Chief Financial Officer and Finance leadership team.
  • Manage and mentor Finance SMEs and project resources.
  • Define and drive future-state Finance processes, requirements and design decisions.
  • Oversee functional design, system configuration and testing activities.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies in collaboration with other project leads.
  • Support business readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT) and transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Resolve functional, process and stakeholder issues within the Finance workstream.
About You:
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion implementations or Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of ERP functional design, business process improvement and system implementation methodologies.
  • Experience leading Finance-focused workstreams within large and complex transformation programs.
  • The ability to provide clear, practical advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing implementation partners and ensuring successful delivery of functional outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive collaboration and achieve project objectives in complex environments.
  • A commitment to ethical conduct, integrity and organisational values.
