Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for an autonomous role where you can genuinely influence business performance?
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing business and take ownership of the finance function.
Reporting directly to the Director and leading a small team, this hands-on role is heavily focused on cash flow management, working capital and commercial performance. This position will suit someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently partner with business leaders to influence outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage weekly cash flow forecasting and liquidity
- Drive accounts receivable performance and collections
- Monitor inventory levels and working capital
- Analyse margins and identify profitability improvements
- Deliver budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Provide commercial insights and decision-making support
- Lead and mentor a small finance team
- 8+ years' experience in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
- Commercially focused with strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment
- Experience leading a small team
