I’ve got openings for a handful of solid Electricians to jump into Fixed Plant Maintenance roles with a Tier 1 mining client in WA. These are well-paid FIFO positions with excellent hourly rates, weekly pay and super paid on all hours.
Rosters are mainly 8:6:7:7(days and nights), with real potential for ongoing work depending on performance and site requirements.
What you’ll be doing
- Fixed plant maintenance across crushers, conveyors, screens and processing plant
- Breakdowns, fault-finding and planned maintenance on LV/MV systems, motors, drives and PLCs
- Supporting shutdowns and maintenance planning
- Working within permit systems and isolations to keep things safe and compliant
- Contributing to reliability and plant performance
What you’ll need
- WA Electrical Licence
- Strong background in fixed plant or heavy industry
- Proven fault-finding skills across PLCs, VSDs and instrumentation
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current Australian Driver's License
- HV Switching- Highly desirable
- Cert IV in Instrumentation- Highly desirable
- SAP Experience - Highly desirable
