A leading global technology organisation is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth across its small business segment.
This role will focus on designing and delivering customer lifecycle marketing programs that improve onboarding, product adoption, and renewal outcomes. You will work closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to build scalable engagement journeys that enhance the customer experience and increase revenue contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute customer lifecycle engagement programs from onboarding to renewal
- Build and deliver webinars and digital campaigns focused on retention and expansion
- Develop nurture journeys for self service customers to drive product adoption
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing activity with customer growth objectives
- Analyse customer data and performance metrics to optimise campaigns
- Support proactive renewal strategies to reduce attrition and improve retention
- Experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing
- Exposure to SaaS environments or subscription based business models
- Ability to build customer journeys and execute campaigns independently
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with sales teams
- Data driven mindset with experience using insights to optimise performance
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is advantageous
