  • Contribute to strategic planning and priority setting for facilities and associated support assets.
  • Liaise, consult, and negotiate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet business requirements.
  • Develop project scopes, design briefs, specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, Australian Standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and organisational governance frameworks.
  • Establish and manage service agreements with external providers supporting occupied facilities.
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Extensive experience in Project Management, Facilities Management, or Construction Management.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale construction, refurbishment, commercial fit-out, or facilities projects.
  • Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams of consultants, contractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian building codes, construction standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Advanced computer literacy and proficiency using project management and business systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical standards, specifications, and compliance requirements.
What's on Offer
  • Long-term contract through to September 2027.
  • High-profile facilities and capital works projects.
  • Opportunity to work within a large, asset-intensive organisation.
  • Competitive hourly rate of $80-$85 per hour plus superannuation.
  • Collaborative team environment with diverse project exposure.
  • Convenient Leederville location.
