Executive Assistant – Surgical Services
5-Week Contract | $50 per Hour + Super | Immediate Start | Melbourne
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior leadership team within Surgical Services. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
The Opportunity As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the leadership team. You will be responsible for managing priorities, coordinating key activities, and acting as a central point of contact for a broad range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive diaries, calendars and meeting schedules
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and briefing materials
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive enquiries
- Coordinate workshops, events and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records, databases and administrative systems
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Provide high-level administrative support across operational and project activities
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator
- Proven ability to manage complex diaries and provide executive-level support
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- The ability to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting senior leaders within corporate, healthcare or large organisational settings
- 5-week temporary assignment
- $50 per hour + super
