Expression of Interest – Experienced Pastoral Station Hands (Pilbara, WA)  | Competitive Rates | Meals & Accommodation Provided

Our client's pastoral operations are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Station Hands for upcoming work across their Pilbara stations: Hamersley, Rocklea, and Juna Downs.
These iconic properties span approximately 770,000 hectares near Tom Price, Paraburdoo and Newman, close to Karijini National Park and within reach of the coast at Karratha.

We Are Seeking: EXPERIENCED Pastoral Station Hands

To be considered, candidates must:
  • ✔️ Have proven pastoral station experience(not general farm/agricultural experience)
  • ✔️ Hold full, permanent working rights in Australia
  • ✔️ Be currently residing in Australia
  • ✔️ Hold a current, unrestricted driver’s licence
  • ✔️ Be able to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
  • ✔️ Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, animal welfare and respectful teamwork
About the Role You will be involved in a wide range of station operations, including:
  • Livestock mustering and processing using vehicles and motorbikes
  • Inspection and maintenance of station infrastructure (fencing, gates, waters, troughs)
  • Safe operation and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment
  • Supporting sustainable land management practices
  • Working effectively within a small team, following station procedures and safety standards
Desirable Essential Experience 
  • Mustering and cattle-handling skills
  • Experience operating:
    • 4WDs
    • Motorbikes

Desirable Non-Essential Experience
Experience operating:
  • Trucks
  • Loaders
  • Bobcats
  • Graders
  • Forklifts
