An established organisation operating within the construction and industrial infrastructure sector is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to support the delivery of technically complex electrical projects at a major operational site in Moorebank.
This position will play a critical role in coordinating electrical scopes, managing contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. The role is based onsite and offers exposure to large scale infrastructure and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical project activities from scope through to commissioning
- Prepare and review electrical designs, drawings, and technical documentation
- Coordinate contractors and site teams to deliver project milestones
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, site safety, and WHS requirements
- Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities
- Track project progress, costs, and risk items
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external suppliers
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
- Proven electrical project engineering experience in industrial or construction environments
- Strong understanding of LV and HV systems, installations, and compliance
- Experience coordinating contractors and site works
- Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Full Australian working rights
