We are currently working with multiple leading clients that are delivering high-profile data centres and critical infrastructure projects across the market. Due to continued growth, we are actively seeking Experienced Electrical Engineers for a range of positions focused on data centres, alongside opportunities within renewable energy, substations, transport infrastructure, defence, and aviation.
These roles offer the chance to work on mission-critical, large-scale developments, with exposure to technically complex electrical systems and fast-paced project environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver electrical systems across data centres and other major infrastructure projects
- Develop and review HV/LV power distribution, protection schemes, and redundancy systems
- Design and support substation and switchyard projects, including HV equipment, layouts, and system integration
- Contribute across all project phases — feasibility, design, delivery, and commissioning
- Support mission-critical environments, ensuring reliability, resilience, and uptime requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering and construction
- Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices
- Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Experience working on data centres or other large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of HV systems, power distribution, and electrical design
- Background in sectors such as:
- Data Centres (highly regarded)
- Substations / Grid Connections
- Renewable Energy (Solar, Wind, BESS)
- Transport, Defence, or Aviation infrastructure - Experience with relevant tools (e.g. ETAP, SKM, DigSILENT, AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong communication skills and ability to contribute within project teams
- Experience in data centre or mission-critical environments
- Exposure to commissioning and energisation phases
- Experience across adjacent sectors such as renewables, substations, transport, defence, or aviation infrastructure
- Understanding of redundancy (N+1, 2N) and resilience design principles
- Chartered status (or working towards)
- Work on some of the fastest-growing data centre projects in the market
