An exciting opportunity is available for an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join a leading engineering consultancy specialising in building services. This role offers exposure to diverse projects across commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors.
You will work as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality electrical design solutions from concept through to completion. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to further develop technical capability while building strong client-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical engineering designs across building services projects
- Prepare detailed design documentation for power, lighting and communications systems
- Ensure compliance with Australian standards and project requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders
- Attend site inspections and client meetings
- Support project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in building services projects in Australia
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and standards
- Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Dialux, PowerCAD or similar
- Strong communication skills and client engagement capability
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to project delivery
