Hours: 8.5 hours per day, 76 hours per fortnight
Roster: 9‑day fortnight
About the Role Our Client is seeking an experienced Earthmoving Plant Operator ideally with HR licence to join a construction and maintenance crew in the South West region of NSW. The role will initially be based approximately 15km north of Narrandera, with works later moving to the Wagga Wagga area.
This position offers long‑term stability, strong hourly rates, paid travel, and allowances, making it ideal for candidates open to regional project work and camping requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- HR truck driving as part of a construction crew
- Operation of plant and equipment including:
- Loaders
- Rollers (Multi, Padfoot, Smooth Drum)
- Mixer (as required)
- General labouring and construction tasks
- Working across changing project locations within the South West region
- White Card
- Workers on Foot
- HR Licence highly regarded
- C Class Driver’s Licence or above
- Traffic Control (TC) – or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrated plant operating skills with logged hours
- Camping is mandatory when working away
- When based at the depot, the successful candidate must arrange their own accommodation
