Melton, VIC | $46 per hour + super | Contract to December 2026
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Officer to join a fast-paced, community-facing environment within Melbourne’s western suburbs.
This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a front-line position and is confident delivering high-quality service across multiple channels including face-to-face, phone and written enquiries.
What you will be doing:
- Providing customer support across counter, phone and digital channels
- Responding to enquiries and aiming for first point resolution
- Processing payments and managing daily cashiering responsibilities
- Recording requests and maintaining accurate system data
- Acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and the community
- Contributing to service improvements and maintaining current service knowledge
- Strong background in customer service within a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
- Confident using systems and navigating multiple platforms
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with financial transactions
- Ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Additional language skills
