This role is available in Wetherill Park! Shift times are between 7AM - 6PM
What would your day look like?
- Responding to customer order requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Processing transactions and enquiries
- Handling refund eligibility
- Tracking and updating customers on order status
- Escalating any complaints
- Monitoring customer feedback
What do we need?
- A strong communicator with great problem solving skills
- A multitasker
- Someone with a customer first attitude!
