We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced warehouse environment working with a global industry leader.
This is an ongoing part-time opportunity offering consistent weekday hours and a supportive team culture. As the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the warehouse and distribution team.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders and updating customer information
- Liaising with warehouse staff regarding deliveries and dispatch
- Managing data entry and administrative tasks
- Providing professional and efficient customer support
- Assisting with general operational coordination
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Ongoing stable employment
- Monday to Friday roster – no weekends
