About the Role
This is a diverse and fast-paced position where you will provide high-quality administrative and customer support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing general administrative and office support
- Managing diaries, calendars, and inboxes
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email and face to face
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for clients
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Generating reports and supporting documentation as required
- Assisting with reception and customer service duties
- Supporting team members to meet service standards and deadlines
- Providing general executive and personal assistant support when required
- Previous experience in administration and customer service
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach with a positive, can-do attitude
- Professional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Immediate start available (pending clearances)
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Temporary assignment
