Become a key member of staff for a local council in Melbourne's North West to deliver high‑quality support across counter, phone and email channels. You’ll handle enquiries, service requests, complaints and transactions with professionalism, accuracy and empathy.
Key duties
- Provide frontline customer service across multiple channels
- Manage enquiries, complaints and service requests in internal systems
- Perform cashiering and reconciliation tasks
- Complete admin and back‑office support
- Maintain strong product and service knowledge
- Handle complex or difficult customer interactions professionally
- Experience in high‑volume customer service or call‑centre environments
- Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and multiple systems
- Able to prioritise and manage competing tasks
- Additional languages an advantage
