About the Role We are looking for an organised and proactive Customer Service & Operations Administrator to support BASF’s Vegetable Seeds division during a transition period.
You will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting internal systems, working closely with a small team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately
- Enter order data into M3 (Movex) system
- Book couriers for deliveries and collections
- Provide customer service support, including order handling
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
- Team of three supporting national operations
- Mix of administrative and customer-facing tasks
- Training provided
- Strong data entry and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with M3 / Movex ( advantageous, not required)
- Reliable with strong commitment to contract completion
- Role requires someone proactive and dependable
- Full handover completed before September
- Must have full working rights
